Terms of NO service

recovery function for pin numbers is not working on purpose. technical support is very limited and any policy answer and terms of service are ignored or given wrong infomation

What do you like best about On-Site? Mary D is very pleasant to talk to on the phone and very respectful. She wants the customer to have the best experience. She also makes sure to have the suitable Portable I need on the job What do you dislike about On-Site? The only problem I have noticed is when I call; the number does not always go through. Remarkably Bad Service. Does not validate existing addresses.

Remarkably, on-site.com is unable to identify valid addresses which USPS and Google maps all easily provide results (and a catalog of prior photos) for. Further the vendor's contact information provide both an invalid address and invalid phone number. Given the home page states "Finally, a platform renters and housing providers can agree is reliable." (and innovative, convenient...) I'd have to say these are completely untrue in my experience and I'm inclined to steer clear of the service ...

What do you like best about On-Site? Onsite is fantastic! From the Implementation team to the support team. Any issues that I eve have are always resolved within minutes! Their website is very user-friendly and makes any adjustments needed a breeze. What do you dislike about On-Site? The only downfall I would say is the document design. What do you like best about On-Site? On-Site is incredibly user friendly and even gives a starting tutorial. The layout and customizable widgets allow for personalization and organization tailored to the user’s preferences. What do you dislike about On-Site? "Great experience with a few glitches"

What do you like best about On-Site? I really enjoyed the new layout that On-Site implemented. It allows me to view recent leasing activity as we as follow-ups- all on the same time page. What do you dislike about On-Site? There are times that On-Site responds with a delay. For example, the search bar will not include an immediate drop down from time to time.
