What do you like best about Omnify? Simplicity of the platform & customer service. It's very straightforward to use. The team is great at getting on the call immediately and also replies very quickly on their chat feature. They listen to the needs of the business and provide the best solutions they have. What do you like best about Omnify? The Omnify team is accommodating. They go the extra mile for us answering our questions and trying to help us with our specific needs. The program setup was straightforward compared to other platforms. The face of our store is also easy to design.
