"Free trial is great for online events"

What do you like best about Olark? Olark is extremely easy to install and simple to use. We have used for online events during COVID and I was able to train different volunteers on how to manage the chat feature through Olark easily. Love that they make a free trial available. What do you dislike about Olark? I wished I could put the chat on one page on our website, but it seems like you have to do all or nothing. A Solid, User-Friendly Live Chat Application

PROS: Olark is very easy to implement in any department. I work in sales and use Olark to communicate with potential leads that come to out website. We aso leverage its live chat feature to deliver support. Olark is simple that it is quite easy to transfer someone to another operator without having to exit the application. CONS: I do not have any issue with Olark although I have experienced a couple of service outages within the past 9 months. Such occurences are rare though.

The best support you can get without breaking the bank

PROS: First of all, Olark's support team has been very helpful to us. They go to lengths to assist us and we don't even have to break the bank to receive their wonderful support. That aside, the things that I like about Olark are its automated messages feature. Our company is able to automate popup messages that vary depending on which page of the website a person visits. Since we get to choose which messages to display, we can conduct A/B testing that can improve our targeting. CONS: One ...

PROS: Displays the online availability within color scheme. It also boasts of a very advanced system for rating. Integration with other applications is also easy. Quick and Easy To Use Chat Application

PROS: Easily the user-friendliest chat web software available today. Getting started wasn't a pain and customizing the tool to suit our site is a walk in the park. Adequate But Lacks Native Apps

PROS: It was very easy to embed Olark's live chat tool with just a single line of Javascript. With it, we are able to communicate with our users by retrieving particular ones (those that are triggered by analytics events) into the chat and then deliver our support without exiting the app. The web interface is pretty sweet but logs out too easily. Using this tool was a really good decision!

PROS: It has provided a really good way for our customers to get in touch with us without having to pick up the phone. Everything has been going on smoothly with Olark, so far. We had the tool running in no time—the set-up was really easy. And the automated response options almost sound as if there’s still another human at the end of the chatbox. "OLARK is awesome!"

What do you like best about Olark? I love the way OLARK works so much that I use it everyday at work.
