"Helpful tool"

What do you like best about Olark? Able to use on multiple storefronts all in one place What do you dislike about Olark? I would like to be able to close out tickets with out an auto feedback being sent to the customer. Some customers we do not engage with as it can some times be "fan mail" What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? able to have fast cs for retail fronts

What do you like best about Olark? Very user friendly and easy to use with great options. What do you dislike about Olark? I can't really say... no real complaints. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? The customers are getting faster response and we're splicing customer service issues.

"Olark chat is simple!"

What do you like best about Olark? Olark is very simple and to the point. The setup is easy and most importantly the chat is easy to use for our staff. I like the integration with salesforce. What do you dislike about Olark? I would like to see more reports within Olark. I would also like to see some more custom options with fields and syncing those fields to Salesforce. "Easy to get started, easy to use"

What do you like best about Olark? How easy everything is. Installation on the site is super quick as is setup and changes. Adding new team members is fast, as is monitoring conversations. If you have a small-ish team you want engaged on chat, you should 100% use this tool. If you have bigger teams (10+) then read other reviews because I haven't used the teams feature yet. But considering how easy everything else is on Olark, I would be surprised if teams is any different. What do you ...

"Olark Chat tool extremely valuable for us!"

What do you like best about Olark? Very easy to implement and modify to fit your website. What do you dislike about Olark? We do not have a team member monitoring 24/7. Recommendations to others considering Olark: Best way to add chat to your online shop! What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? We strive for excellent customer service which means immediate response when possible. Olark Chat gives us this capability.

"Great platform"

What do you like best about Olark? We've been running Olark for a year at this point and it's been trouble free. We came from another vendor and had nothing but issues. With support bases all over the world, Olark helps us balance workloads and communicate on backchannels easily and in real time. Very helpful. Reporting is a good start.
