"Olark is a bare-minimum experience, but helpful in working with users"
What do you like best about Olark? It's simple. There is a low barrier to entry for new users. I wish it could do more in terms of sending content to the user, but it's reliable and it works. What do you dislike about Olark? The content we can send is limited. It would be awesome to be able to send photos, GIFs and other content to the user. I also wish the chat bug was a bit smaller and/or we could push it around the screen depending on the page. Recommendations to others considering ...

What do you like best about Olark? Chats still go through when no users are active on the site, so we can still see who reached out to us when we weren't in the office and attempt to follow up with them. What do you dislike about Olark? No real dislikes, but it would be awesome is there was a mobile version (an app) so that we can chat with prospects on the go. "Olark Review"
What do you like best about Olark? A major perk of Olark is the ability to search past conversations. This allowed us to follow up with customers after the chat. Additionally, we learned more about the needs of our customers and were able to identify trends that influenced our priorities. What do you like best about Olark? Olark is extremely easy to use. It boots you off automatically if you forget to log out and don't respond to a chat within a few minutes. What do you like best about Olark? Olark can be set up in minutes and it provides a simple but effective way to offer on-site chat support to your customers. What do you dislike about Olark? There are limitations to the customizations and setting up auto-responses is not a feature in the lower tiered paid versions. What do you like best about Olark? The API. Olark has always had a great api which makes integrating their product with products like ours (ActiveDEMAND) very easy.
