"Easy Chat Tool"

What do you like best about Olark? It's really easy to connect Olark to Zendesk, so this way, there's always a place for messages to go. What do you dislike about Olark? Nothing at all. It does what it's supposed to do in a simple manner. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Direct chat and always having an outlet to chat with us as a customer.

"Great tool with easy integrations"

What do you like best about Olark? This tool was a snap for my engineering team to integrate into our CRM. What do you dislike about Olark? That I cannot pull reports based on avg handle time. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer response time and first resolution rate.

"Olark is great as a chat platform"

What do you like best about Olark? Only our chat was run through Olark, and it was easy to adjust our settings and chatters to fit our needs. What do you dislike about Olark? "Good but could be better"

What do you like best about Olark? Ease of setup was ideal since we needed a quick resolution when our previous platform would no longer work for us. What do you dislike about Olark? I wish there were more reporting options and we have the ability to tag chats based on keywords and pages the client was on when speaking with an agent. What do you like best about Olark? I like that you can choose how many chats you want open at one time What do you dislike about Olark? It was really hard to get signed in the first time What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer support, being able to talk to them right away solves problems faster

What do you like best about Olark? I like that you can send the chat to Freshdesk on command. What do you dislike about Olark? I don't like that it lets the customer rate the chats.
