What do you like best about Olark? I love the user interface ; very self explanatory.Navigation was straight forward and easy to understand.Chat triggers too were effective. What do you like best about Olark? Olark is simple to use and fairly unobtrusive visually (and I know you can configure the look to fit your site's motifs). It's a lightweight widget that we use for customer support on our eCommerce website. I like that it's configurable so you can have both live chat and after hours messaging. What do you like best about Olark? It's easy for clients to write in for help, they get instant access to a team of experts, and the experience is seamless on their end. What do you dislike about Olark? It's hard as a user to see who on the team is taking a conversation. There's no real time transcript updating like Intercom.
