"Olark a great tool for sales!"

What do you like best about Olark? it is a great tool, is easy to setup and use, it has a lot of features, I like the integrations with other softwares like mailchimp,the reports are very helpful because it shows a lot of important data. What do you dislike about Olark? "Olark is a straightforward live chat solution"

What do you like best about Olark? I've enjoyed how easy it is to use Olark. It was simple to install on our website, easy to configure, and didn't take much time at all before we were live chatting with customers. What do you dislike about Olark? "Olark is straight to the point. "

What do you like best about Olark? We needed a live chat program and Olark gave us just that and at an affordable price too. I like the ui of this program, it is straight forward and easy to navigate. We didn't have to spend days training our staffs on how to use this tool. They picked it up themselves within a day. "A great experience that could use some tweaks"

What do you like best about Olark? Incredibly customizable, with an easy-to-use interface. What do you dislike about Olark? No native Windows app, which makes it hard to use some of the features that they only offer on web. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving customers an option for live contact with support representatives, in a format that is more efficient for the team to handle.

"Best Live Chat Option"

What do you like best about Olark? Olark gives you the ability support your product via live chat. This is huge for our team as we get so many phone calls and emails from users about very small questions or requests that can be answered quickly. "Great for team chats "

What do you like best about Olark? It's easy to use and ping in. I like that it gives me the option at the end to send a copy of the chat transcript to my email in case I need to reference it later. What do you dislike about Olark? When it goes down, it's impossible to get in touch with the person I need. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Chat with resolution team
