What do you like best about Olark? Ability to see who is on website and easily chat with them when prompted. What do you dislike about Olark? Sometimes the platform lags a bit, but it’s not bad. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with clients on the website. Quick contact leads to conversions.

What do you like best about Olark? It is easy to navigate. I like that you can create you own macros What do you dislike about Olark? There isn't much that I don't like about olark. Some customers say that it is hard to minimize Recommendations to others considering Olark: No recommendations at this time. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? "Love the interface & API, but wish they had a desktop/phone app!"
What do you like best about Olark? I like their easy to use back-end interface. It is easy to make changes, and they have excellent reporting. I also love the option to get notified if someone adds something to their cart. The API makes it easy to customize to your needs. What do you dislike about Olark? "Olark is Great"
What do you like best about Olark? Shortcut responses, turn on and off easily, find transcripts easily. I like that it remembers who talked to whom. What do you dislike about Olark? I don't like how if, I leave it on on accident, sometimes it lets dozens of conversations come through, and other times Ollie cuts me off. I wish it cut me off more consistently. What do you like best about Olark? I like how easy this was to install on my site. The analytics are great - especially the integration with Google Analytics. I like several of the extensions and the possibility of integrating chat with other applications. I like that they have free trial. What do you like best about Olark? Olark makes the conversation with the customer effortless and easy. With a polite bubble ping, the employee is not only notified of incoming messages but also able to reach out to existing users that have yet to reach out. You can push the customer to certain pages as well as allow them to share their screen with you. Simple commands using a "!" at the beginning allow for automated responses created by the admin. I highly recommend Olark!
PROS: I did not have any problems with the integration process. Everything was user-friendly, including the tools that are easy to use even for non-developers. Customization was a breeze. On top of that, they have an awesome customer service via their own live chat tool on their site. I have used the tool more than 10 times and everytime that I did, I always get a prompt response from their very kowledgeable support staff. CONS: I have no bad experience with Olark. Everything is great.
