PROS: Olark delivers live chat functionality that enables you to support your product efficiently and effectively. "Such a great live chat program!"
What do you like best about Olark? We implemented this in a day and it was SO easy to install. You can customize it a bit to match your branding. The customer's portal and the admin's portal is super clean and easy to use. It gets the job done. What do you dislike about Olark? Reporting is not extremely customizable. What do you like best about Olark? I love how simple the system is to use and implement. It took us no time to get up and running and is such an amazing tool for our customers. Our Customers also love the quick easy solution for questions they have. A very intuitive and attractive customer engagement tool
PROS: Attracting high value traffic is a challenge for many online businesses. So is converting that traffic into happy and loyal customers. Olark has been able to help us with that. The tool allows us to create our own personalized to attract customers and engage them directly with our support reps. Awesome Live Chat Platform
PROS: Olark has recently become our live chat solution and it is clear that our customer love it. The system instanly provided our clients with quick and easy access to out world class support group and that really made them happy. What do you like best about Olark? The platform is feature rich and keeps you informed of who you're communicating with. What do you dislike about Olark? "Useful but could be better"
What do you like best about Olark? Easy to chat with customers and clients. What do you dislike about Olark? The inability to transfer a chat to word or an email. Have to cut and paste and formatting is a pain. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy for customers or clients to contact us if lines are full.

What do you like best about Olark? How easy it is to use! It never crashes, ability to add personal shortcuts! What do you dislike about Olark? When I end chats at times it seems to not work then I have the same person chatting me hours later Recommendations to others considering Olark: It is very user friendly What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer questions. Chat is great! If the phone lines are busy chat is a great alternative!
