What do you like best about Olark? Ease of use Ease of implementation Surveys after customer service chats Customer support is helpful Chatbot feature What do you dislike about Olark? I don't know of any downsides. Settings are need a little more fine-tuning. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? It is good for a quick customer service solution. It prevents customers from having to come into the office or wait on a phone call from a CSR.

What do you like best about Olark? Olark offered the basic features that you'll need for your business to start chatting with customers on your website. It has an easy-to-use interface. "Great Way to Communicate with our Customers"
What do you like best about Olark? I love how easy this service makes it for our customers to contact us. What do you dislike about Olark? Nothing, I don't dislike anything about Olark. It works really well for us. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? All of our customer's problems. It allows us to interact with our customers and assist them immediately.

What do you like best about Olark? Ability to create auto responses. Copy of the chat convo is sent to the email. What do you dislike about Olark? I think it can help to include a few themes to make it look perky? What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with clients with immediate concerns.

"Simple and easy interface for working with customers"
What do you like best about Olark? I really like just how simple and easy it was to pick up and use. We didn't have to have a long training on how to use the software, you just start using it. I also like how you could create custom responses in the software to make things easy. What do you dislike about Olark? We would put a limit on how many users you could connect to at once, and sometimes that wouldn't work correctly so you would have multiple users you are trying to talk with at the ...

"Easy communication with your users/customers."
What do you like best about Olark? I loved being able to connect instantly with our customers and answer their questions and assist them with their support immediately. It made things seem more personable and put names to our customers who use our products. It allowed us to help and get instant feedback. What do you dislike about Olark? A software that you can configure in a short while that offers adequate ROI speedily
PROS: Olark is so simple and easy to set up. Because of it, we are now closer to our prospective customers and learners. It also doesn't take a lot in terms of money to find new leads and to convince them to sign up for courses before they close our site's window. This has given our sales team better peace of mind. I hope you find this as useful as I did!
PROS: There’s nothing quite like Olark in the live chat market. By providing us with a set of tools for live chatting, it has allowed us to establish better relationships with our customers. Besides that, it works smoothly with some of the software that we use in the company too. It’s an overall great tool to use and the people behind it (especially the customer support team) are really great! CONS: I actually like everything about this program!
