We use Okta for all our users and linked companies

What do you like best? Having a main "go to place" for all our apps and users. Also , the end user dashboard is friendly to users The admin interface is super nice built and easy to use in locating your settings. What do you dislike? Searching groups with Wildcard not functional. We can search people and apps with whatever name, but for groups you need to type letter by letter. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to set up documents to be signed or to house in-house documentation. What do you dislike? I dislike some of the random features that you will probably never use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One benefit is you can always go back and review documentation.

Excellent tool for companies using multiple softwares and need security

A Whole New World with SSO

What do you like best? Okta has provided our company with a more secure and simple way to sign in to our tech stack. It's also a great way to view many of the products we use (and I may not be aware of at the time). I like that it gives me a 4-hour timeline to not have to sign in again - so I usually only have to do it twice a day. What do you dislike?
