What do you like best? I love that I don't need to remember any password except for my Okta password. Single sign on is the greatest invention of the modern age. What do you like best? The greatest aspect about Okta is that all applications the staff will use are conveniently viewed. Administrators also have the choice to restrict the exposure to applications, thus ensuring only the most appropriate devices for your employees. What do you like best? Not having to remember passwords, also not having a huge "notes" sheet in my phone to reference. What do you dislike? Great to forget about setting up multiple passwords!

What do you like best? I like that with OKTA I can now set up only one password that will work with all the systems and apps I use to work, I used to forget all my credentials and ussually had my acounts locked, Now I dont have to worry about it because with OKTA I just login on it and the rest Goes by itself! Forget the days when you have to access different websites by typing URLs and remembering passwords

What do you like best? Okta has created a wonderful platform to access all the applications you want your employees to use with single sign-on. New employees log in for the first time and immediately have dozens of applications available to them. It has a great chrome extension that gives you access to your links from your toolbar. Helpful but frustrating if locked out

What do you like best? Having one consolidated place to log into different services and tools with the ease of a click rather than entering several different passwords. What do you dislike? Okta certainly solves a problem for password protection and security but it is also a frustrating added layer that at times can be temperamental enough to lock you out of any access to intranet tools.
