Convenient way to keep your accounts protected!

What do you like best? Okta makes it easy to maintain distinct passwords for every account I have, but access them through a single Okta log-in, using 2-Factor Authentication. Furthermore, I am able to change just one Okta password and it automatically reconfigures the log in for all my Okta apps/tiles, like magic! What do you dislike? decent product but more cons than pro

What do you like best? It does what it is supposed to but I am not fan of anything else. The dashboard function is helpful and clean What do you dislike? I dislike the app format. I don't like having to download so many apps on my personal phone especially when I have an old phone and not enough memory. I rather use an old school remote token. Having used Okta for over a year now

Having used Okta for over a year now, I would have to say it's not a product I can recommend. The support and account management work on an average SLA of 5 working days for a response, they are complete unengaged. When COVID-19 hit and we had to downsize our contract, they refused. Apparently the contract states we cannot reduce our license count, this is despite the new contract not having started.

The best thing that ever happened to onboarding!

What do you like best? We use Okta's SSO service. This allows us to assign apps and logins to our staff without them having to save all those passwords anywhere insecure. The biggest benefit so far has been how quickly it allows us to get new staff members up and running. When we set up their technology initially, we install Okta and the needed apps. What do you like best? I don't really like it at all to be honest What do you dislike? -There are two different apps for SSO and for verification - how does that make any sense? -I have to verify my login every time on my phone and it asks me to do this 2-3 times a day, which is a pain.
