The best thing that ever happened to onboarding!

What do you like best? We use Okta's SSO service. This allows us to assign apps and logins to our staff without them having to save all those passwords anywhere insecure. The biggest benefit so far has been how quickly it allows us to get new staff members up and running. When we set up their technology initially, we install Okta and the needed apps. What do you like best? I love that I don't need to remember any password except for my Okta password. Single sign on is the greatest invention of the modern age. Its wonderful that my employer can add apps to our Okta account and we are able to access them with ease through the Okta portal. The Google Chrome extension makes things even better! Great to forget about setting up multiple passwords!

What do you like best? I like that with OKTA I can now set up only one password that will work with all the systems and apps I use to work, I used to forget all my credentials and ussually had my acounts locked, Now I dont have to worry about it because with OKTA I just login on it and the rest Goes by itself! Excellent dual sign in security tool for system access

What do you like best? Reliable, easy to use, fast and has mobile app. What do you dislike? The process to re-install okta on a new phone is not easy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Secure sign in to work tools making my laptop safe.

Helpful but frustrating if locked out

What do you like best? Having one consolidated place to log into different services and tools with the ease of a click rather than entering several different passwords. What do you dislike? Okta certainly solves a problem for password protection and security but it is also a frustrating added layer that at times can be temperamental enough to lock you out of any access to intranet tools.
