"Good management tool for shared Desk Setup"

What do you like best about OfficeRnD Hybrid? The OfficeRnD Hybrid tool is very useful and has function which are good to use in daily buisness. Also the implementation together with two Consultants was very easy. The Consultants were very adaptive and we could implement the System with in 3 hours. They also gave a training to our employee. The Tool is easy to use for Employee. The Visualization with the office map is really helpful for Employee and for our IT Service Desk.

What do you like best about OfficeRnD Hybrid? It is easy to use and has a user friendly interface for both users & administrators. The implemenation of the software was very straight forward and was easy integarted into the company. The email reminders to check in are helpful and the workplace policy to remind you to book in. The customer support is excellent and very responsive. There was an additional feature added this year for meeting room approvals that was very helpful to our company.

What do you like best about OfficeRnD Hybrid? We started using OfficeRnD Hybrid this year, after coming back from the past 2-years-old Coronavirus situation. We had the need to allow all internal users having the chance to work on both smart working and office modalities, to simply book the universal hotdesks I created internally into all the offices I can do this.
