WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD…

This company has a zero rating for customer service from me.No portal for complaints or telephone numbers given on their website.Their Netherland office answers UK queries yet unable to assist on the most basic of questions despite many many phone calls to them. I have been charged twice on their service, yet no one can offer a solution and they informed Amex the billing was correct.

Man muss sich täglich mehrere Male mit verschiedenen Programmen anmelden. Es ergibt keinen Sinn. Die Nutzerfreundlichkeit wurde auf 0 reduziert. Da kein (menschlicher) Support vorhanden ist, kann mir keiner erklären, wieso.

Es kommt selten was Besseres nach. Diesmal nicht.

Faites très attention car il n y a aucune possibilité de récupérer vos données qui sont dans le cloud quand par exemple comme moi, la carte mère de votre ordi vous lâche et qu il est considéré irréparable.
