"Always evolving, incredibly useful"

What do you like best about Odus? The interface is super intuitive and easy to grasp. Bots get smarter by the day and with proper training it becomes less and less perceptible you're talking to a machine. It has a lot of data entry points under its command, so you can train your bot to work inside a website widget, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and others, with these you can use just this tool instead of a wide range for each platform. "A highly promising product "

What do you like best about Odus? The ability to connect WhatsApp. It's unique. What do you dislike about Odus? Downside is patience. The product is improving quickly but will take some time to fully mature. But it is an AWESOME product. What problems is Odus solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made our life easier. What do you like best about Odus? I have been trying out Odus with a few of our Brands. They automation rules are just amazing the way you can make it so personal. What do you dislike about Odus? UI and UX can improve a little bit while creating the rules. Recommendations to others considering Odus: Just buy it. It's worth the money. the team is fantastic in providing support. What problems is Odus solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly solving out Whatsapp and Messenger Bots

What do you like best about Odus? I like the AI. The user interface is friendly and we have an account with unlimited messanges and bots. The software is still in development so it has room for improvements but i have faith that the team will deliver great results over time. What do you dislike about Odus? What do you like best about Odus? I like the way we can set the responses of the bot to be fluid and feal more like a human answering. What do you dislike about Odus? I would also like the option to set the bot as a simple response bit like FAQ. What problems is Odus solving and how is that benefiting you? The most noticible problem solved is the reponse time clients get with AI bot.

What do you like best about Odus? I liked the ability to connect whatsapp and messenger. Most of our customer service employees are very good at manipulating whatsapp and facebook messenger. The ability to use AI in Spanish was also very interesting but we didn't implemented that function. What do you dislike about Odus? Dashboard or backend is hard to understand at first time.
