Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur un certain nombre de sites, Odoo compta n'est pas gratuit (c'est la première chose que m'a dit la commerciale qui m'a contacté suite à mon installation de la version d'évaluation), et est de plus très complexe d'utilisation si on n'utilise pas des modules complémentaire. Peut-être bien pour une gestion complète de l'entreprise, mais pas valable pour une gestion comptable simple.

Be weary of empty promises

Be weary of empty promises. Retained Odoo for an EMR buildout after we were PROMISED they could deliver on our needs. Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer. If you want to say goodbye to huge sums of money very quickly with no usable product by all means, retain Odoo. Will not refer nor will I be engaging them again in the future.

Misleading functionality

On first blush it appeared Odoo would solve all our needs. Its secure, in the cloud, appeared moldable to our use cases and support was responsive. But after becoming a client it became very apparent it was more window dressing than anything.We were promised that the software could do what we needed as well as be customized to the exact requests we had, right down to certain toggles for custom fields in certain places. paid $900 for 2 extensions one didnt work tried to make us wait 2 weeks for a developer to respond told them we need these working asap or refund us and we can buy a different to extensions from them they refused so bank having to get refundso developer responded on 11th day asking me to open a ticket why not just put a link on the page to open a ticketodoo also tell you that you didn't buy extension from them evan tho my bank says odoo.com
