Purchased the annual plan once - BIG MISTAKE

Purchased the annual plan once - BIG MISTAKE. The company oversells what the product actually does, so we stopped using it about 4 months into our annual plan. After we stopped using it, we unsubscribed but it didn't actually unsubscribe us because of the buggy interface. So 1 year later we got another $400+ charge from them, and the absolutely refused to refund it because we were "outside of their 24 hour refund policy". I found Octupus challenging to setup…

I found Octupus challenging to setup and it was even hard to figure out how to purchase the right plan. The Octopus site is very sales-driven. So, when you return as a subscriber, you want to sign-in. I found this challenging. I love the LinkedIn integration but the initial experience was frustrating. I share this because I think the product/service has great promise.
