Easy and successfully to use
Easy to use and got a high rate of leads. Even if the tool is straightforward to use, I recommend viewing the short but instructive information videos to work on the processes in the correct order.

It's a nice addon to Linkedin
It's a nice addon to Linkedin, works well, saves us a lot of time. Customer service is good. Well-designed product. I recommend it.

Unlimited package doesn't allow for 500 invites!
It seemed like a good system in theory but I opted for the unlimited version solely for the connect by email function to bypass the weekly limit set by LinkedIn only to be disappointed as I'm now on day 2 of using Octopus and the connect by email service is not working. I have sent several messages to support on the website as well as emails, its now 7 hours later and have had zero response from support. I'm very disappointed in the unlimited version and in the customer service. The next ...
