"Reporting needs help but Overall, a Valuable Tool"

What do you like best about Ocelot? I like the Chatbot Just in Time reporting I have access to. The Chatbot question submission process is efficient and questions get through the moderation queue quickly. Heidi Verplank is an incredible help.
