"Valuable tool for helping to serve students."
What do you like best about Ocelot? The texting feature is an excellent tool for communicating with students and our Ocelot representative, Nick Burrell, who works to identify creative solutions. "Reporting needs help but Overall, a Valuable Tool"
What do you like best about Ocelot? I like the Chatbot Just in Time reporting I have access to. The Chatbot question submission process is efficient and questions get through the moderation queue quickly. Heidi Verplank is an incredible help. When I have a question she is always, without fail, quick and efficient in her responses. Additionally, Joel Laos has been a pleasure to work with. What do you dislike about Ocelot? What do you like best about Ocelot? I have had the pleasure of working with Ocelot for over three years.
