Oberlo used to be good. Now it's useless and run by stupid people

Oberlo used to be good 4 years ago, after that is constant completely stupid development and functionality decisions. Whoever is in charge of this needs to use their brain or be replaced with someone who actually can think things through properly. Not the best app for selling online.

It is good at fast but recently they are constantly making updates which are not tested and have flaws. They do called improvements updates are terrible. You have shopify updates then oberlo updates , same owners , then AliExpress updates. A bowl of disaster to happened. Then oberlo cares about the bulk orders customers. It's getting worse and worse every…

It's getting worse and worse every week. I've used it for ~2 years, but I will probably change soon. Nothing works, you finally have to order yourself most of the time because of bugs. What's the point ?? Maybe this app is dead, and I haven't heard about it, but it looks like a ghost city.

If you use Shopify

If you use Shopify, and want to use products from Ali express, DO NOT USE Oberlo!!!! Oberlos prices differ drastically when trying to set up your inventory. The price difference between what Oberlo has, is at times double the price of what is being advertised in Ali Express. DO NOT USE.. recommend using an alternative.

Aplicación inútil, Aliexpress estafa.

El precio de producto con Oberlo es mismo como de venta al publico. Incluso en Amazon lo pueden encontrar 2-3€ más barato y con diferencia que tarda solo 1-2 días de envió, comparado de envio de Aliexpress 3-10 días.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Please stay away and use a different company to drop ship with or find a new product to sell. Their platform is dated and feels like its from 2002. They have a "chat with us" box and its a bot and when you want to talk to someone it takes 24 hours to get a response (each time). They spam your email even when you click unsubscribe. They make you pay for a plan and then dont offer the services the plan says (they said they give you a list of the top trending and selling ...

It's a great idea, but...

It's a great idea, but they don't order the products for you automatically — you still have to do it yourself. Also, if you have a problem, it takes them at least 24 hours to get back to you on the 'live' chat. Absolutely useless if you have a customer breathing down your neck.

Impossible to unsubscribe from email spam

I recently closed my Shopify account and removed oberlo from it - I am continuously getting emails from Caitlyn@oberlo despite clicking unsubscribe multiple times, emailing them direct to have me removed from their mail list - yet I’m continuously getting their spam...their unsubscribe/profile portal is a complete waste of time and no settings ever update - this is one part of a product that grinds my gears that you cannot willingly unsubscribe from company spam after you have ended the use ...
