What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? I was impressed by the amount of personalized care I received from O.C. Tanner. My product was shipped very quickly, but there was a problem with me receiving it. When I emailed the company to let them know that it was marked as delivered but not at my residence, an actual person replied to me and took care of it right away and the issue was resolved.

What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? There is a wide variety of options when selecting rewards to redeem points. Although I don't take advantage of every category, it is still nice to have a wide array.

With this communication, the provider built trust with the end users and credibility. Regardless of whether the information is good or negative, the way it was delivered ensures customer satisfaction. Better if the supplier can offer an alternate product in place of, say, an out-of-stock one.
