What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to get started and get going. Doesn't take long to teach others how to use. Oh yeah, super affordable. They push out a a few new features throughout the year. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Search function is close to worst I've seen; it is very hard to find leads, contacts, etc even when you type out the full name. "Backbone of our sales process!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Powerful system but still easy to use, no where near as complex as competitors but equally as powerful. Low cost flexible cost model is perfect for the various businesses I am involved with. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I like that we can have multiple customized processes that utilize the Dashboard and provide you with a clear vision of where your Leads are in your steps and how well they are progressing. "Solid product for small businesses."

What do you like best about Nutshell? 1) The setup of Nutshell is easy -- setting up processes, milestones, tasks, activities are very easy. 2) Also, the main dashboard showing all of the activity within our company is pretty easy to follow. 3) Customer service is pretty responsive. 4) Price point is very reasonable.
