What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell works best on ANY platform and across ANY mobile device. It's USER FRIENDLY. Which is a God-send in today's world of crappy sales tools. "Best Sales Management System For The Price"

What do you like best about Nutshell? 1st great system to have a functioning app was a big selling point, but the user-friendliness of this system is amazing too. The UI/UX is very straightforward and easy on the eyes for new users... a 12 year old boy could have set our account up in a few hours and understood how to use it. Not sure how anyone can complain. "Their senior management team cares about the well being of every user."

What do you like best about Nutshell? We ran into an issue with a data extraction and their CEO reached out to us personally to find a quick fix. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I am amazed at how easy and intuitive Nutshell has made CRM after using both Microsoft CRM and Zoho in the past. I was able to migrate in an afternoon and haven't looked back since. The dashboard activity feed has added more discipline to my sales process and lets me know exactly what I need to accomplish each day. What do you like best about Nutshell? Workflows and following the sales processes within nutshell. Our Brokers love this! What do you dislike about Nutshell? The Bcc (email copying function) and auto lead import don't always work and our client's information is shared with all of the sub accounts - not so great for privacy. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? None - this is for our Brokers - we use salesforce.

"If you are looking for a simple, affordable sales solution, this is among your best options."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to get started and get going. Doesn't take long to teach others how to use. Oh yeah, super affordable. They push out a a few new features throughout the year. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Search function is close to worst I've seen; it is very hard to find leads, contacts, etc even when you type out the full name. Limited in reporting; most of our reporting is done outside of this software. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that ...
