What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a great CRM. It is affordable and has all of the features you could need. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I cannot think of anything I don't like about Nutshell. It is a great tool. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Do it What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of prospects with our own staging and follow up strategy.

"Cost effective, great for small business, but has some growing pains..."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customization for list views and data. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I really dislike not being able to attach a document from within the CRM. I love the mass email feature and the sync with gmail, but not being able to attach a document from within nutshell means that I have to go back and forth instead of being able to do everything from within nutshell. "Nutshell has saved me time organizing my day."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The nuts are always punctual in answering any questions that come up with program. I like the current interface. It allows me to spend more time with clients. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The new interface-harder to navigate and locate my clients. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to have last contact and make scheduled events help save the day.

"Finally, a CRM that melts into our daily routines."

What do you like best about Nutshell? The Google Apps integration for usage and management works great! What do you dislike about Nutshell? Inability to directly send an email through Gmail from within Nutshell with an attachment.. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is very affordable with great customizable features like the sales pipeline, products and services, easy to use lead uploading and task management, I have used this for 3 separate start-up businesses and would recommend it to everyone! What do you like best about Nutshell? The contact management is so easy to use and search. I love the ease of importing and exporting data. Adding multiple contacts to each account is so helpful. I also really like the mobile app - pulling up contacts on my phone is so easy. I like the "+" button that allows you to add anything - a company, a contact, a task. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the intuitive layout. It is so simple to keep up with each and every lead. And it's simple to create a new lead.
