"Good but opportunity for improved service is the golden ticket waiting to be taken"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the clean look of the software and my favorite tool is that one that allows me to take a picture of a business card and it puts the person into my database. Also like the feature that allows me to makes calls from within the app and log it as I go What do you dislike about Nutshell? Hours of customer service is weak. "Super User Friendly and Support is Fantastic"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how Nutshell integrates completely with my gmail allowing me to respond to customers either from my email or the app on my phone or the web application. It's so easy to keep track of everything! Additionally, support is fantastic! Every time I've asked for help they've been available within 15 mins to answer my questions and walk me though my problems. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the fact that you can customize it to fit whatever needs you have, and the versatility to change when needs change. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Uncompromising time saving CRM tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell really helps me to stay organized. I like that I can set up a process and it will auto assign tasks for each of the new leads I add. This ensures that I don't drop the ball, but it doesn't require me to set up a task schedule for each individual lead I add. "I think this is a great product."

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how user friendly the software is and that you can flip from page to page very easily. I also like that the tabs are pretty self explanatory with the labels that are used. What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has been easy to use and easy to run reports out of. It's quick and allows for rapid visual assessment of sales and progress with their graphs and reporting. The email integration in contacts is helpful though it's not very robust. THE Sales Tool for Small Businesses

I don't know how any sales team could get the job without it. Before Nutshell, my team had no formal method to track or work leads. Adopting this sales tool prompted us to build out a sales process that is now a driving factor in our growth. My team can easily communicate within the system and I have visibility into what's going on. I don't know where we'd be without Nutshell!
