What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the way I can customize the platform and personalize the steps. Tracking of progress and task notifications. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to use and understand. I like how I can see what others are doing throughout the day. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish we could upload company production reports better. We don't use the lead reporting. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Great for tracking contacts and communications with them. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track communications more effectively.

"I like the direction! Still needs polishing."
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how active the Nutshell team is at constantly improving the platform. I love how they actively participate in their forums to refine features within the CRM. Aesthetically pleasing and has a Mac OS and iOS app. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Within the Mac OS app, there are several bugs which hinder usability. Autocorrect has been a nuisance when attempting to add names and email addresses. Filtering needs some major improvement. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the user interface the most. It's very clean. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I've had issues with logging activities on a lead - and attached to that lead is a person - but after the lead is closed, the note/activity doesn't follow the person. I have to go into the old lead. "Uncompromising time saving CRM tool"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell really helps me to stay organized. I like that I can set up a process and it will auto assign tasks for each of the new leads I add. This ensures that I don't drop the ball, but it doesn't require me to set up a task schedule for each individual lead I add. What do you like best about Nutshell? The dashboard on Nutshell is great for providing real time information and is easy to understand/use. Adding and removing information from accounts is easy to understand/use. I have had very few issues uploading CSV information to Nutshell and the few problems I had were resolved within 24hrs. What do you like best about Nutshell? I most utilize nutshell in recording conversations with potential and current clients. What do you like best about Nutshell? I can access from all the computers I want, even with any phone. What do you dislike about Nutshell? 2 things: In the phone the interface is different I can't lick different lead to the same task and sometimes that is necessary What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Look for new clients, as well as support clients in the use of the software we comercialice.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the fact that you can customize it to fit whatever needs you have, and the versatility to change when needs change. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
