More over you can use with the application on mobile phone that helps you with calls and registration of the actions done What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Use Nutshell for sales lead tracking daily"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Creating leads and being able to see a list of them is very easy. Then I can sort the lead database based on several different criteria instantly allows me to focus on the key leads. You can open multiple copies and see your leads sorted different ways. Also, there are weekly goals for calling, emailing, and hosting meetings which is actually more useful than I imagined to monitor and self regulate my daily and weekly progress. "Nutshell User for a Short Period "
What do you like best about Nutshell? The Dashboard view that allows me to not only see any upcoming close dates scheduled or past due but also allows me to see my teams upcoming close dates or past due dates as well. The all in one view as soon as I log in is very helpful first thing. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The program is incredibly intuitive. I'm a convert from practicing medicine to business. So, I have no experience in CRM and only in electronic medical records. I was apprehensive as ERM is horrible and couldn't possibly be less user-friendly. I was happily surprised when I began and have continued to use nutshell. What do you like best about Nutshell? The Dashboard lays out everything you need. In addition, I like the clarity of the fields and ease of use. Good, clear graphics. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish there was a "tips pop-up" to offer simple solutions / reminders to each activity you are working on during the day. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like how active the Nutshell team is at constantly improving the platform. I love how they actively participate in their forums to refine features within the CRM. Aesthetically pleasing and has a Mac OS and iOS app. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The dashboard on Nutshell is great for providing real time information and is easy to understand/use. Adding and removing information from accounts is easy to understand/use. I have had very few issues uploading CSV information to Nutshell and the few problems I had were resolved within 24hrs.
