"Great for Me"

What do you like best about Nutshell? As a newcomer to CRMs, Nutshell is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. I really enjoy the dashboard feature we can display in the office so everyone can see how our pipeline is doing. I also love the "Scan business card" feature which makes networking so much better. "Use Nutshell for sales lead tracking daily"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Creating leads and being able to see a list of them is very easy. Then I can sort the lead database based on several different criteria instantly allows me to focus on the key leads. You can open multiple copies and see your leads sorted different ways. Also, there are weekly goals for calling, emailing, and hosting meetings which is actually more useful than I imagined to monitor and self regulate my daily and weekly progress. "Good Experience"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to use and understand. I like how I can see what others are doing throughout the day. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish we could upload company production reports better. We don't use the lead reporting. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: Great for tracking contacts and communications with them. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track communications more effectively.

"Main tool to track new and existing business"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the user interface the most. It's very clean. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I've had issues with logging activities on a lead - and attached to that lead is a person - but after the lead is closed, the note/activity doesn't follow the person. I have to go into the old lead. "Nutshell has b been transformative for our business"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Our favorite part about using Nutshell is the language they use. There are tons of other business-y features I could identify, but it's rare to find a CRM or sales tool that respects people the way that Nutshell does. "Supreme Customer Service"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customer service staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. The follow up to make sure all of my needs are met. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing thus far....I have used it for only a short period of time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? The dashboard on Nutshell is great for providing real time information and is easy to understand/use. Adding and removing information from accounts is easy to understand/use. I have had very few issues uploading CSV information to Nutshell and the few problems I had were resolved within 24hrs. "Good but opportunity for improved service is the golden ticket waiting to be taken"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the clean look of the software and my favorite tool is that one that allows me to take a picture of a business card and it puts the person into my database. Also like the feature that allows me to makes calls from within the app and log it as I go What do you dislike about Nutshell? Hours of customer service is weak.
