"Simple and Effective CRM"
What do you like best about Nutshell? It is a very easy and simple to use CRM. Great for small businesses with very little setup time and quick and easy training for new employees. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The app could use a little work on the interface. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It is getting all of our projects and quotes into one place and easily allowing us to track time frames and close dates.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Ease of use. I like that product is quite simple to learn. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Some limitations in functionality. There are some things missing which competition has. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Primarily it helps us drive our sales efforts.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Really intuitive and user friendly. I'm a year in to using it, but at no point have I struggled to figure out anything on the platform. It is all very intuitive, even for a new sales person like me. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Customer Success Manager-Expediting the renewal process and guaranteeing ease!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the integration with gmail. I like that ability to save cards to my dashboard so I can see all my upcoming renewals in one place. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the options for creating it the way I need it to be: pipelines, custom fields. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Three Things: 1. I do not like not being able to set dates for my tasks. I'm stuck in the time periods Nutshell gives me and my time periods don't match those options. What do you like best about Nutshell? Dashboard view – customizable for easy top-level view; ability to see open/clicks with icon What do you dislike about Nutshell? Would like for notes field to be eligible for download; would like to be able to lookup people by who contacted them (i.e. who on my team) What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We were managing our outreach tracking with 20 spreadsheets; Nutshell has made it much better

What do you like best about Nutshell? Our company chose Nutshell early in Nutshell's existence. We were able to work with the folks at Nutshell to get us what we needed. As a manufacturer representative agency, we struggled to find a database we could actually utilize and would grow with us. Nutshell proved to be that product. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "I like using Nutshell for our marketing needs"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I've really like using Nutshell from a marketing standpoint. The blasts we create are attractive and easy to update and manipulate. What do you dislike about Nutshell? We've had some issues with our marketing eblasts showing up the same on desktop and mobile.
