"Crisp and clean CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to add leads Easy to filter through leads Adding confidence level What do you dislike about Nutshell? One minor thing, but you can´t select category of a lead (e.g. automotive). You need to add a company and select category on a company level. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Overview of sales pipeline first and foremost. We have a clear idea of number of leads, pipeline size etc. Clear and easy to use.

"A Fully Featured CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Six users on Nutshell Foundation level is really working for us. The support team are excellent and the product is has met all of our goals. The product is very easy to use and to train others. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The leap in cost between subscription pages. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication and scheduling.

"Great Product"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customer service and the ease of making content. There is a learning curve but that is to be expected. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I do not like that there is a cache problem. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped us send out broadcasts for our multiple sales people. Plus we just had some help sending out a newsletter when there were issues.

"So easy to use!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? so easy to enter leads, and follow up. Great way to stay in front of accounts, and keep on task with communication. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I wish it has more templates for sending out flyers. was not as easy to navigate as other funtions. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? reminders to reach out to current contacts. task reminders after a scheduled event.

"Nutshell is a great CRM that is integral to our business"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is easy to use and navigate and helps organize everything that you need. As a CRM it has been vital to the success of our business. "Finally found a CRM that works for us!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The best part about Nutshell is how customizable it is for our company as well as each user can customize how they view their dashboard and data. It also integrates great with 3rd parties like Quickbooks, Outlook, and RingCentral. It is a great tool for our small comapny without having to completely overhaul how we do things day to day. "Great Experience"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It helps me to stay organized and track my leads and referrals. It also is a good reference point for contact cards. I refer to it weekly and use it whenever I call someone. Their training and support was really helpful. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Nothing I have found it to be very useful. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking outreach and lead engagement.

"REALLY ENJOY NUTSHELL AND ALL IT'S CAPABILITIES!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell reps have contacted me often enough where I feel I can reach out for any questions. I have online videos I can watch for resource, and the product is not complicated to use! My company uses this every day, and it is required for me to maintain my leads and follows ups.
