"wasn't what I was looking for"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I liked the marketing asepct and price. When I first talked to sales it sounded like it was a good fit. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I was told it was going to be a certain way and when I joined and paid it was far from that. It was much more complex to set up and I felt overwhelmed. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing it did not work for me

What do you like best about Nutshell? Makes it quite easy for us to understand exactly how much outreach we need to do. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the attractive interface and how easy it is to import and manually add data. The reports are detailed and can be catered to almost any situation. What do you like best about Nutshell? The hardest part about CRMs for us in the past was the buy in from our sales team. The complexity and design just never inspired them to see it as the "source of truth" we hoped for. Not with Nutshell. What do you like best about Nutshell? What is most helpful about nutshell is how customizable it is. Very user friendly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? searching through people sometime overlaps with the companies (which i use companies for building address's) and shows multpile people that should not be under the companies. However, I can filter out by the notes i put under the people colum, which works for the meantime. The app on my Iphone is not user friendly. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to make and record calls on Nutshell What do you dislike about Nutshell? The only challenge is learning how to effectively use it.
