What do you like best about Nutshell? I've used Nutshell for 8 years for sales, account management and customer support. Nutshell is simple and intuitive at first glance but also packs a ton of features that just make sense. What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use, basic system with support team and training. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes clunky. Not all the functionality and sorting capacbility I would like. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing me to call the USA and record calls.

What do you like best about Nutshell? SaaS is great, easy to tell me what I need to do next and all in one, which also let's me share with a few coworkers. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Nutshell keeps me on track"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I'm able to track all my new leads and my interactions with them. The My Saved Lists feature helps me easily find the information I need. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Duplicate lead entries occur more often than I'd like. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped us make sure we're contacting customers/leads consistently.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I enjoy the fact that I can customise so many tools. It's great for organizing contact with clients. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I have no dislikes as of now. Nutshell is a great resource. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell helps me stay organized and create better communication between partners and clients. Nutshell is helpful for logging important tasks as well!

"I have generally been very satisfied with my overall Nutshell experience."

"Perfect Fit"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to start using and easy to use. Low cost. Customer support. Mobile app works well. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Does everything I need so no complaints. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing sales account information. Scheduling sales activities and all communications. Integrating with email to record all emails sent in Outlook.

"Nutshell CRM: It's simple, powerful, and amazing"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how simple it is - it took no time at all to become relatively proficient. I also feel that for the price, it is probably the most cost effective solution out there. The value is 10/10 and unless an organization has some pretty high end needs, I think that the product is a good fit for the overwhelming majority of small businesses. What do you like best about Nutshell? The organization and automated portion of Nutshell is worth every penny. With a smaller company, having a way to automate tasks and stay organized is very useful. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
