When "cutting & pasting" an address into Nutshell you have to be attentive to making sure the info gets into the correct fields to make sure the map functions correctly. What do you like best about Nutshell? I looked into a couple different CRM/Marketing softwares for my employer and this one caught my attention right away. I like how user friendly it is. It even has a "Nutshell Intelligence" where it offers information about the company you're adding, saving time adding information in. Customer support is also a huge plus. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the attractive interface and how easy it is to import and manually add data. The reports are detailed and can be catered to almost any situation.
