NueMD Review

NueMD is user friendly and is also very professional/attractive in appearance. We use Practice Fusion alongside NueMD which has been a great method for billing. Nusoft Support has also been very helpful and encouraging so far.

Customer Service is lacking... Great product though

I have been using this software for over a year and it is very smooth and easy to use but I have had issues with their billing department. Over charges and misunderstandings are the norm. If you have the time to go over your bill every month and to wait on hold for long times to do this you will be ok. If you do not have that time go on over to another company.

NueMd software

I have worked with NueMD software now since 2008. It is easy to use and even though i left a practice that uses it and then went back after a four year absence i was still able to remember how to move between the screens quite easily. I was also trained on using the billing software part and it was quite user friendly. I think it is a great software and you can train new employees that even have the basic computer knowledge on how to use it for scheduling, etc. I would highly recommend it ...

NueMd is great

NueMD is a great tool to manage scheduling, patient accounts, payments, balances etc. it is the best I've seen. Their support team goes above to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Third time's a charm!

This is the third billing company I've had in 4 years, and luckily it will be the last. Everyone at NueMD has been very helpful and communication is excellent. The emails are answered in a timely fashion and I'm able to speak with my personal biller any time I need. My claims are submitted quickly and the money is in my account within a short time. Initially I had some issues transferring the superbill from the EMR to NueMD. This was very frustrating to me but the folks at NueMD worked ...
