Excellent Practice Manager Solution

Our office has been a NueMD client for almost a decade now, and we have never looked back. NueMD is by far the most user-friendly and adaptable platform out there. Over the years, our practice has evolved to incorporate multiple specialties and NueMD has accomodated the growth / evolution of our business. We highly recommend this software to any size of medical pratice.

NueMD experience

I enjoyed using the NueMD product as a means of scheduling and attending patients and completing documentation for patients. For the most part, it is easy to use, but making modifications to the patient's schedule due to cancellations or scheduler's error can be a bit tricky and difficult due to all the function keys and navigation that you have to use to modify the schedule. However, all things considered I suppose its no different from most programs similar to this.

Great

NueMd is a great software. I integrate them with a different electronic record software and I must say there is a learning curve with anything that you will use and that is no exception to NueMd. Their staff is great and they are willing to help with any questions that I might have when they arise.

Been with this company for 17 years, have had three different billing software systems and NueMD best by far.

Would like to say that I am a bit of a "non-computer" type. We were left in a situation where we had to consider other options of software as our "TI" staff had to be laid off for financial reasons. As bad as this seemed, it forced us to look into software options that we available on line vs on site. This was very scary to me personally as we had the other software for so long. The benefit was I didn't have to deal with the back up and the updates any longer. I did the research myself into ...
