Great accountability tool
I love Nudge Coach as it keeps me in touch with my clients and able to jump on their concerns quickly. It's easy to use and my clients love it too. It would be great to be able to amend their plans from my phone rather than having to go to the desktop.

I use the app for a research project to measure step counts for participants using their smart phone. On a frequent basis I find that there are no step counts on Nudge for a particular day. It seems like the problem occurs more frequently with Android phones. Catherine has always been very responsive when these issues arise. For my purposes, it would be best if participants did not have to open the Nudge app every day in order for Nudge to sync with their smart phone. The text function on ...

The customer service is great! It is a basic platform, but it can be a helpful tool for smaller scale coaching businesses.

Great platform for coaches
It is very functional, easy to use and an attractive platform. Although, I do wish it allowed for a little bit more control on the coach side of data being input into the system (i.e. client names, weights, etc.) since it can be heavily dependent on clients accurately logging, so if clients don't log then the coach's data can be inaccurate or out of date.
