What do you like best about NUACOM? everything works exactly as specified at the beginning, the support team they have is perfect from day one, they were with us in the initial configuration and then in the learning process of the entire system, teaching each tool to use until everything was completely clear

Good system with nice features

PROS: A very comprehensive set of features. Everyone will find they need. I like call recording and integrations it offers with various other business tools. Support is very good as well. CONS: There isn't much that I would add really.
