Won't adjust legal business name

Novo refused to change the name of my wife's business on file. She provided all the necessary paperwork that our state requires or has available to prove the name change and they still would not comply. They are literally keeping an account active for a business that does not exist. Because my state doesn't provide the type of paperwork they require their solution is to start a new account with a new EIN, even though her EIN was changed with the IRS. This "bank" aka Fintech company has horrendous customer service. They will not help you if you're a new business. Save yourself weeks of struggling to get an address appended, mail being sent to the wrong address and lousy and lazy customer service. You get what you pay for - so when you pay for nothing expect nothing. Do not listen to YouTubers and reviews stating how great this bank is - it's not true. I just finished my first order of Novo Bees Honey. I love supporting local producers. I can say, this is the best honey around and the people who work with Nova are very nice.

Do not trust Novo with your money

Do not trust this finance tech company for your business. They froze my account with no reason and wouldn't allow me to access my funds. This is terrible considering I didn't do anything suspicious. This interrupted my daily business operations and definitely changed my views about this company. I regret not taking weight from other negative reviews about this company before I opened an account. What they said are true.

Slow Support

Update: The client's bank sent a check instead of an electronic transfer. For some reason, Wells Fargo will not let their customers make transfers to Novo. Support eventually contacted me, but the person didn't understood my problem because I was given boiler plate answers for issues I wasn't having.
