What do you like best? At optemizaiton.com, Notion is everything. I manage my projects, tasks, deliverables, meetings, people, organizations, content, websites on this platform. It incredibly unique its lack of structure, which allows the users to create their own hierarchy that is always evolving with the organization. Helpful tool, but adds to the confusion of "where do I find X resource/doc

What do you like best? I like that anyone at the company can create their own wiki and that the use of emojis is encouraged. What do you dislike? It's hard to make the pages look like the nice examples/samples they show. Not as easy as Google Docs. Lots of confusing formatting and page layering. Without a SFDC integration it ends up being just another place with notes/data that isn't getting back into a source of truth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

I love Notion

I love Notion, but there are a few developments to be made. Recurring checklists still need to be implemented. Android App isn't very good. It's sluggish and doesn't work as well as something like Trello in offline mode. We have been promised an API, which hasn't been released yet.

The best productivity app

What do you like best? Notion is simply amazing. It is the most complete organization tool I have tried so far. I like its design and how easy it is to use, I don't have to design anything since it comes with a lot of to-do list templates, agenda, calendar, daily tracker, reminders, it has everything! very intuitive and cool UI based enterprise wiki

Getting better but need more improvements

I am happy with garage "closed" notifications. Now you just need to add reminder alerts for a sensor that is offline, have option to add another person to get alerts, and make sensors better. I have now had 2 sensors go bad to where I have to repeatedly change out batteries every few days because it continues to go offline - ended up having to buy new ones.

Really appreciate the new notification from Notion which gives the last activity on my garage door when it closes. It is just what I needed.
