Dishonest business practices
Billed hundreds of dollars for an enterprise plan for my personal account, despite no recollection of requesting the plan and recieiving no receipt or confirmation of purchase. When I contacted customer service the brick-wall response was that this wasn’t eligible for a refund, as if the issue were one of customer satisfaction rather than undocumented billing. Very suspect upgrade practices. Beware.

They've lost my data multiple times
This product could have been a game changer. It still could be. The UX is brilliant -- it really substitutes many other apps. I wish I could trust it the way I did when I first used it. They have lost my data multiple times. I think this occurred when I had intermittent connection that I wasn't aware of, and closed their app. The problem is that they do not have a real offline mode, so if your data fails to upload straight to their cloud, it can get lost.
