Project Management is easy because of Notion

What do you like best? I love all the tables and charts that I can make on Notion. It is easy as well as makes it better for me to manage my content. What do you dislike? Not so much of dislike but there are a lot of short cuts that are difficult to remember. More drop-down menu might help with that better. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great tool for content management for an organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Disrupting note taking and documentation with good UX

What do you like best? The experience is awesome! Notion is easy and intuitive to use. But it also has really powerful features. What do you dislike? Can't take a Notion page and make it an iFrame on another site. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try and be amazed. It is so flexible it can meet the needs of almost any organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User research backlog.

Easy to use and interesting way to structure information

What do you like best? It's friendly to use and quite easy to get started with. What do you dislike? It's not very customizable and elements of UX are confusing (such as switching accounts). Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great to get started and free for students. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helped us create a basic knowledge base that we eventually transferred to Jira Service Desk. It was ...

All around good software

What do you like best? Very easy to use Flexible - you can make it your own as needed Clean interface Lots of integrations What do you dislike? Online application only at the moment - offline mode would be useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping all my notes in one place, easy to find and organise everything for work. It allows me to dump my thoughts and scribbles in one place and move them around really easily ...

Notion is a great tool for organization both professionally and personally.

What do you like best? It’s completely customizable while offering plenty of great templates to get you started. Notion is also incredibly affordable with free plans that have enough storage for many users. What do you dislike? It’s customization and flexibility make it easy to make unwanted changes that have to be cleaned up later. They also have no feature for web forms which would be an invaluable asset for project management. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

You can also choose whom to share it to. - The version control is strict. When there are changes, you will receive notifications in email. - There are various formats and templates that you can choose from. What do you dislike? I dislike Notion because: - It is hard to track your work. It can get ...

Manage your knowledge base with Notion

What do you like best? Notion is my very first experience of an online knowledge base where there could be multiple contributors to a document. In my previous company we used a very old tool which just showed documents and policies but nobody was allowed to create anything. What do you dislike? Notion needs a directory to keep everything organized. There are a lot of documents in Notion that gets lost. There should also be better tracking on the documents. Sometimes I cannot tell what ...
