What do you like best about Notifii Track? This is a great tracking system for small communities/businesses. Love the transparency of the platform and easy to use. What do you dislike about Notifii Track? Wiping your contact list is WAY TOO EASY. The first selected option is "Make this my new contact list" which is great, unless you just wanted to add a few new residents from a .CSV file. "Cuts down time!"

What do you like best about Notifii Track? This product cuts down time for our staff to be able to complete other tasks. With this product, they can be notified immediately when one of the tenants has mail! What do you dislike about Notifii Track? It took a little getting used to, we had to understand how the notification system works and how to be able to efficiently deliver packages to tenants. "Good organization but slow and laggy"

What do you like best about Notifii Track? The ability to easily search for residents or packages What do you dislike about Notifii Track? I dislike that sometimes the app lags and hiccups. It often takes a few tries to complete a search. What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintaining accurate records for package processing. It’s great to have ways to organize all the varieties of packages we receive and properties we have.

What do you like best about Notifii Track? We love the picture option! Often times, we have so many packages coming in for job sites that the picture option is fantastic as a reference point! We also adore that we can have so many mail rooms. It makes a world of a difference when we are dealing with various show sites while still maintaining the mail rooms at our home offices. "Residents and Office Staff are happy"

What do you like best about Notifii Track? The attribute I like best is that the residents come to get their packages promptly since they are notified immediately upon check in. What do you dislike about Notifii Track? I do not like that sometimes the system "loses" a resident and Notifii has to be contacted to fix it. "Excellent Service!"

What do you like best about Notifii Track? Ability to email and text residents directly. It is great that residents can sign the packages out as well. I also enjoy the different reports that can show the pick up and drop off history. What do you like best about Notifii Track? Notifii allows us to log in and track the check out of all packages received at two university apartment buildings. Previously this all had to be done manually, with staff calling each individual resident for every package they receive, and keeping a paper log of packages.
