What do you like best about Gainsight CE? Northpass is such a great idea when doing modules and trainings. You were able to monitor your progress and you will be required to finish the entire module before you move on to the next without skipping anything.

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? The fact that Northpass functions as a learning tool for us concierges is something I appreciate about it. It is easy to use, and you can easily search through all of the topics or issues.

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? When our company began the search for a learning management solution, we wanted to find a platform that was easy to use, customizable and data-rich. Plenty of platforms offered one or the other, but only Northpass could deliver on all three. In the end, it was a no-brainer.

"From compliance-based training to conceptual-based training, Northpass does it all"

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? We wanted a fully customisable learning platform -- both UI and UX. Northpass was able to accommodate all our requirements and specs. Great bunch of people, good with comms and fast turnaround. Out of the box, their learner UX was one of the best compared to other platforms during our initial evaluation. With their Enterprise plan, we could fully customise the learner-views to exactly how we want it, unifying our existing product design system.

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? Excellent customer service from our rep, Nergis Tepeli. We meet regularly to talk about how best to use Northpass for our real estate university. She's responsive to our needs and very easy to work with. We've been able to ask for and get custom solutions, one in particular that will be great for other Northpass customers: linked, pop-up glossary.

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? Northpass is easy to use out of the box. So easy that when we set it up almost two years ago, it was done extremely quickly! After multiple admins added a proliferation of content, it was difficult to find what you needed, and the content was confusing and outdated. The team at Northpass was extremely helpful in supporting our refresh and worked very hard to keep the platform cleaner and the content more discoverable. Working with Nergis and Kaitlyn ...

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? Courtney and Charles have been super helpful with our transition from Coassemble to Northpass! While there are a few features we'd like to see implemented, they've been willing to find workarounds to fit our needs for the time being. The platform is easy to use from both an admin and learner side, and as a company that utilizes Northpass for gig workers, we've seen a decrease in the time it takes for learners to complete their course/onboarding.

What do you like best about Gainsight CE? Patrycja and Tracy were very friendly, professional, and responsive to our needs. Patrycja and Tracy communicated effectively and in a timely manner. They both made certain to fulfill all meeting requests as soon as possible. Any time clarity was needed, they stuck with us through discovery and we could help us resolve any issues that arose. What do you like best about Gainsight CE? I think the plans at Northpass are really accommodating, especially when it's unclear how many learners will be joining monthly. The UX from the Learner side is attractive, and we have been fortunate to use our marketing materials easily to create a smooth and streamlined catalog experience.
