Ava in Customer Service was a Pro!
Unfortunately, the VPN did not work for what I initially intended. Due to no fault of my own, my IP was part of a series of IP addresses blocked from editing on Wikipedia so I thought I would try a VPN, but it didn't work. So I cancelled my subscription within the 30-day trial period on their chat. Ava was my customer service rep and was very efficient and helpful in canceling my subscription and ensuring I would get a full refund. Thank you, Ava, and NordVPN!
