"Great service, NoFraud is a big asset for us!"

What do you like best about NoFraud? They have very helpful customer service, and have been a very useful service for us. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Occasionally the way one order will fail, but another will pass, doesn't always make sense What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? They help us prevent fraudulent orders from going through.

"Quality service and support"

What do you like best about NoFraud? The peace of mind and efficiency of not having to review every order What do you dislike about NoFraud? So far we are not seeing any disadvantages to it Recommendations to others considering NoFraud: Don't overlook the effect on gross revenue by using NoFraud What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? It is protecting us from theft but also reducing our processing time and increasing our gross revenue

"Great service"

What do you like best about NoFraud? I really like how they tell you how they're checking everything, the resources they have, the chargeback protection. Plus, the customer service and the ability of the platform to change as you change your business in little ways. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Nothing really is a dislike. "They provide a great service in assisting with our sales orders."

What do you like best about NoFraud? Quick responses when reviewing orders that need to be approved. What do you dislike about NoFraud? For orders that fail the review process, having to provide documentation for customer's orders for them to be re-review. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? NoFraud is solving our problems by screening our orders which gets them approved at a faster pace.

"Extend is great to work with!"

What do you like best about NoFraud? The customer service is excellent and ease of implementation with our shopify store. What do you dislike about NoFraud? So far I cannot say I dislike something. The experience has been great so far! What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Hands-off screening of orders. We were spending too much time screening and losing revenue too.

"Hassle Free Fraud Protection"

What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud is an easy and streamlined system for catching and managing fraudulent orders. The dashboard is super informative and detailed, and they make tracking, editing, and canceling orders a breeze. What do you dislike about NoFraud? The only dislike I can think of is that, despite having the Shopify order numbers on file, we cannot search transactions by those numbers. "Convenient way to avoid fraudulent purchases!"

What do you like best about NoFraud? I have been so happy with NoFraud's integration with our payment system. If a transaction is unusual, NoFraud declines the purchase, and if it is questionable they make sure to review the information and confirm with the cardholder on our behalf. Some transactions come through as "pass" status and the customer pays, but then the transaction is later changed to "failed" or "in review" after the order has already been ...

What do you like best about NoFraud? It's pretty easy to integrate and has seemed pretty reliable. We save a ton of time and labor screening orders manually and it gives us a much better perspective on fraud orders we wouldn't normally catch due to Nofrauds wider net they cast. What do you dislike about NoFraud? It costs money. Obviously, fraud mitigation and monitoring is going to cost money. "EASY To Use and Understand Fraud Protection Software"

What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud is simple to use and understand. Easily integrating into my Shopify store I feel at ease knowing I've got a dedicated layer of protection with my transactions. I am also notified via email along the way once a transaction passes so I am always in the loop. What do you dislike about NoFraud?
