"A Handy and Accurate Fraud Capture Tool"

What do you like best about NoFraud? I really like the detailed insights that come with each transaction capture. Each pass/fail gives clear data as to how NoFraud came up with their fraud decision. Whitelisting is also super easy! What do you dislike about NoFraud? The interface feels a little dated. Can be hard to find action buttons. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? NoFraud is taking fraud prevention out of our hands and saves a lot of customer service work.

"Great Shopify Integration and Specialist Service"

What do you like best about NoFraud? I like that you get a one-on-one specialist. Mine's is Lisa and she is wonderful. What do you dislike about NoFraud? How is effects my return rate from time to time lol What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? The platform is reducing a step from our warehouse/orders/logitistics team by cancelling orders first thing rather than the order processing and us having to deal with banks.

What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud doesn't have off days. They're always providing us with quick responses and help/assitance on problem cases. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Having to tell customers their order didn't pass the fraud inspection :( What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Preventing us from taking or shipping orders to fraudulent customers.

What do you like best about NoFraud? The support is best in class, the integration and support tools are great What do you dislike about NoFraud? The analytics and reporting portion can be a bit more robust What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? They are elminating alot of fraud which in turns help mitigate disputes and chargebacks

What do you like best about NoFraud? Their algorithum works great and does a great job in eliminating fraud orders, which we would overlook while fulfilling orders. They also have an amazing customer support and their user Interface is excellent - easy to navigate & understand. What do you dislike about NoFraud? "Quick to respond, easy to use"

What do you like best about NoFraud? Clear to identified orders/customers that are concerning. The clear dashboard makes looking up the specific orders simple and easy. Additionally the team at NoFraud is usually very quick to respond when we have an urgent need to validate an order. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Some times an order gets failed initially and then comes back later as "good" that has caused some confusion on our end where end up voiding an order and have to ask the ...

"Amazing! Love NoFraud for so many reasons!"

What do you like best about NoFraud? Easily connect to all of our Shopify store and manage chargebacks. They do a really good job with identifing potential fraud and if we have questions on a order they are quick to respond. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Nothing, they are absolutely great! "NoFraud is great! Helps flag our Shopify orders before we can manually view them."

What do you like best about NoFraud? Saves us so much money. This program works great and the app within Shopify is very robust. Handles our value, flags or cancels/refunds orders based on a variety of checklists for fraud. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Sometimes we encounter a few payment configuration delays.
