What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact that I can use the CMD terminal remotely no need to bother anyone for any kind of information. Support is always available and they have a solution or workaround for pretty much anything. The automation and reporting is probably the best we have seen in the market for an MSP. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Techs are knowledgeable to quick to respond. I love the option for a call back instead of waiting on hold.
